Khmer Youth in Korea Reacts to CPP let government who gives 40 hectares to Vietnamese

This young man in this video is reacting to a recent decision made by the CPP Let government who granted 40 hectares of land to and plan to build infrastructure for the Vietnamese living in Cambodia's Kampong Chhnang Province.
