In the spirit of the July 22, 2014 agreement between CPP
and CNRP, and to promote the better implementation of a multi-party liberal
democracy, CPP who lead the government and CNRP who are not in the
government are committed to effectively implementing a culture of dialogue with
respect to the following principles:
- To be honest with each
other to have a culture of dialogue as a basis for a peaceful resolution
of all national and social issues that both parties may disagree.
- Respect and value each
other.
- Must avoid incitement,
smearing, profanity, and blasphemy such as the use of words "the Yuon
head with Khmer body", "the communist", "the dictator",
"the Yuon puppet", "the treason" "the nation
seller", "the theft head", "the theft".
- Avoid threat and
intimidation in any form, such as using words of imprisonment, war break
out.
- Eliminating the mindset of
hostility and revenge which means ending the politic culture that
"Fish eat the ants while there is a high tide, and the ants eat fish
while there is a low tide.
- Eliminate racist and
extremist politics.
- Regularly educate party
officials, members and supporters of their respective parties from
national to local levels to carry out the above principles effectively
onward.
In the context of the culture of dialogue, the two parties
have to maintain the use of democratic mechanisms in their respective roles and
duties, in which criticisms with dignify against inertia and negativity in the
sense and purpose of construction as a mirror to improve the state institutions
and government policies for better national development.
